There had been some speculation that there might not be a state ACTE fair this year since Dr. Tom Lucy-Bouler retired from Auburn University in Montgomery. However, we spoke to Tom yesterday and he told us that while no one has taken over the regional that he ran in Montgomery, someone has agreed to take over the state fair.
We do not yet have a date or location, but are being told that there will be a state fair. This information will be shared when it is released by the new state fair director.
