Some general notes to remember:
- Charging stations will be located at various locations across the waiting area of the facility. Please be courteous when charging your device and always watch the items you are charging. We cannot be responsible for items left on a charger.
- The facility is basically one large, open area, so please control noise by talking quietly. No running or horseplay is allowed and everyone must stay in the waiting area until their project number is called.
- Each of the 100 staff members you see working the event on Friday are volunteers and are helping in an effort to promote education of young people. Please treat them courteously and with respect.
- Please be attentive to listening for your project number to be called.
- The awards ceremony is open to the public and is scheduled to begin at 2:00 pm. There is no charge for those who wish to attend the awards ceremony only.
- Remember to have your project on a portable device.
