LATE REGISTRATIONS BEYOND THE
DEADLINE OF MARCH 3, 2017
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Registration for the 2017 Northeast Alabama Technology Fair will take place in this manner:
- One sponsor (teacher) from each school should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating that you will participate in the 2017 Northeast Alabama Technology Fair. Please provide your postal mailing address as we will mail you a packet of registration forms with instructions on how to register. Included in the registration packet will be the Liability and Photo Release Form which must be signed by each student, teacher, sponsor, or adult chaperone who will participate in the fair and mailed to ACTE officials at the address below.
- You must complete your registration packet and mail or hand deliver it to us no later than Friday, March 3, 2017 at 4:00 pm. No faxed, scanned or emailed copies will be accepted. Please allow time for mail delivery.
- We will, no later than March 10, 2017, send each registered school a confirmation list showing their registered projects. Each sponsor should check for errors and omissions and provide corrections and/or changes (via email) no later than 4:00 pm on March 24, 2017.
- The school should write a check to Northeast Alabama Community College to pay for each participant in the fair. Regardless of the number of entries by the student, there is a charge of $15 per person (student or chaperone), which includes lunch. Teachers and bus drivers may attend at no cost, but must be included on the adult registration form. These checks may be mailed in advance or brought to the college on the day of the fair.
